Materials
Made with medical-grade 304 stainless steel, thin-wall cannula for better flow, and individually sterilised packaging.
Design Details
The SHARK needle has an extended bevel tip for better verticality and puncture control. Its high-precision sharpening allows tissue penetration with only 0.6 N of force.
With an outer diameter of 0.18 mm—28% thinner than standard 0.25 mm needles—it minimizes tissue trauma. A medical-grade silicone coating (MDX4-4159) further reduces insertion friction.
Sterilisation
Individually sterilized with ethylene oxide (EO), using a process validated under medical standards to ensure microbiological safety. Shelf life: 3 years from sterilization (if unopened).
